At the RCDT and Studio our objective is to:
Train. Educate. Inspire.
At the heart of our philosophy lies the belief that “you create your own reality.” This guiding principle shapes not just our team’s identity but also fosters a culture grounded in the discipline and values we cherish. The Reality Competitive Dance Team and Studio (RCDT) purpose is to nurture and develop dancers to the highest standards while providing enriching performance and outreach experiences.
One of our primary objectives is to inspire our dancers to become positive agents of change within their communities.
We establish rigorous expectations for classes, rehearsals, and competitions to create equal opportunities for all dancers. Our goal is to promote a strong community atmosphere and foster personal growth, emphasizing the importance of commitment to oneself and to others. We seek attentive, diligent, responsible, and focused dancers who consistently demonstrate respectful energy towards faculty, staff, peers, guest instructors, and parents.

(Student Teacher Assistant Role Model) Program, aimed at fostering a community within our studio by engaging full-time RCDT teens as assistant teachers.
